1. Can I modify the specifications of my order without canceling it?

Unfortunately, once an order is placed, the product specifications cannot be changed. 

2. Can I reinstate a canceled order?

No, a canceled order cannot be reinstated. 

3. Why am I being charged a cancellation fee?

A cancellation fee is applicable if an eligible order is canceled more than 24 hours after it is placed. This fee compensates the seller for the time and effort spent processing your order (this includes packing, transportation, labour) and reimburses logistics partners for costs incurred, especially if the item has already been shipped.

4. How long does it take to cancel an order?

  • If the seller hasn’t shipped the item, the cancellation will be processed immediately. 
  • If the item has been shipped, the order will be canceled once the courier confirms the return. 
  • In some cases, a cancellation fee may apply for orders canceled beyond the specified time frame. Cancellation windows vary by product category, and doorstep cancellations might also incur additional fees.  

5. Why is the 'Cancel' button greyed out?

A greyed-out ‘Cancel’ button could mean: 

  • The item is already out for delivery or has been delivered. 
  • The item is non-refundable (e.g., digital products like Gift Cards). 
  • The cancellation window has expired, and doorstep cancellations may incur additional fees. 

We recommend reviewing the product’s cancellation policy before making a purchase. 

Where can I find the free cancellation period for my order?

The free cancellation period is displayed on the ‘Order Details’ page after your order is placed.
